Sphere Sterling Ring Box

This box has "C" surrounds an erased lions head, sterling, reg:9885, "E" in a diamond outline. The "E" in diamond is T.Eaton Co. known by someone I know as "Diamond Eatons". The "C" with erased lions head was the original Canadian government mark for sterling from 1934 to the 70's. The erased lions head was later changed to a lion rampant and now it is the maple leaf.

LaReine not LaReine!

The first box is marked- sterling , "E" in a diamond outline. Satin is marked "Eatons". La Reine means "The Queen". The second box is marked- sterling , "E" in a diamond outline. Satin is marked "La Reine".

La Reine box with mock legs. The satin is marked La Reine as well. I haven't seen another like this one. The lid has a strong spring to it. The box sort of looks like a stepped box. The mark- sterling , "E" in a diamond outline.
